1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account created by you to access and use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation

When registering for an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and any duplicate accounts may be closed, with balances and winnings forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Notify taz969 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from creating an Account or using the Platform:

• Individuals under the age of 21.
• Employees, contractors, or family members of employees of taz969 or any affiliated gaming operators.
• Individuals who have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from taz969 or other gambling platforms for fraud, cheating, or violation of terms.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling services through our Responsible Gaming program or external organizations.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

taz969 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To comply with international regulations and ensure Platform security, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

3.1 Required Documentation

You must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face.

3.2 Verification Process

KYC verification typically takes between 1 to 24 hours during business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified via email when your verification is complete. Until verification is completed, withdrawal privileges will be restricted, though you may continue to play and deposit funds.

3.3 Additional Verification

taz969 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or video verification calls. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

taz969 supports deposits through multiple Indonesian payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. taz969 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your VIP tier and the time of request. Standard processing time is 15 minutes during business hours (09:00 - 22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Withdrawal restrictions and requirements:

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal.
• The bank account or e-wallet receiving the withdrawal must be registered in your legal name as verified during KYC.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

To prevent money laundering and financial crime, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees and will require enhanced verification. taz969 cooperates fully with financial authorities and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

taz969 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who meet age, residency, and account status requirements.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be opted in or activated before they become valid. Automatic bonuses will be credited according to the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting system errors, will result in bonus forfeiture and Account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) before bonus funds and any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before withdrawal is permitted.

For example, a 100% bonus up to Rp 20,000,000 with 10x wagering requirement means if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rp 20,000,000 (10 × [Rp 1,000,000 deposit + Rp 1,000,000 bonus]) before you can withdraw the bonus and winnings.

Game contributions to wagering requirements vary:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution on pre-match bets with odds 1.75 or higher
• Togel: 100% contribution
• Sabung Ayam: 100% contribution

5.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

Bonuses and wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from activation. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your Account. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, unless the promotion terms explicitly allow partial withdrawal.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the taz969 Platform are provided by licensed, reputable third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and others. These providers use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined by chance and cannot be manipulated by taz969 or the Player.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, balance confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Cheating and Fraud: Using software, bots, automated tools, or exploiting technical errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in poker games, or engage in coordinated betting patterns.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event across different accounts or platforms to guarantee profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or coordinating with others to fraudulently claim bonuses.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider.

6.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

taz969 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion. We may also void bets in the following circumstances:

• Bets placed after an event has started or the outcome is already known (late bets).
• Bets placed due to technical errors, including incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or system malfunctions.
• Bets placed by persons who are prohibited from using the Platform.
• Bets that violate these Terms or applicable gaming rules.

In the event of a voided bet, your stake will be returned to your Account. For sports betting, if an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. Togel draws that are cancelled or not completed will result in all bets being voided and stakes refunded.

7. Responsible Gaming

taz969 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity. We encourage all Players to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income. 7.1 Self-Limitation Tools

You may set the following limits on your Account at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Maximum amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play duration with automatic logout.
• Wager Limits: Maximum bet size per game or bet type.

Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you need to take a break from gaming, you may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. 8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, taz969 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from Platform use or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, system downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers, payment processors, or banks that affect your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw.
• Losses incurred due to your failure to keep your Account credentials secure or your violation of these Terms.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

taz969 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or our other policies.
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other illegal activity.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff or other Players.
• We are required to do so by legal or regulatory authorities.

Upon Account closure, any remaining genuine balance (funds that are not subject to dispute or investigation) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges. Bonus funds and pending winnings subject to investigation may be forfeited.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal according to our standard procedures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of taz969 or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which taz969 holds its operating licenses. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction of our licensing authority.
